Warp Letoff System

The objective of let-off motion is to maintain the free length of warp within specified limits and to control the warp tension by means of feeding the warp at a correct rate to the weaving zone.

We are manufacturing independent Warp let off system which can be implemented on any Projectile, Rapier, Airjet and Water jet looms. We have successfully retrofitted more than 600 looms in India with our Let off systems.

We have Servo Based Let off System, Frequency Inverter Based Le toff System you can choose it accordingly.

KTS Sulzer Letoff is a Warp Let-off System with frequency converter, which is intended for letting off from warp beam or feeding unit. During this operation, the warp tension is kept constant. The drive is mounted either on the weaving machine or on a frame positioned behind the weaving machine.

The let-off starts with a machine running signal; the speed of the let-off motor is controlled by a Linear proximity switch or original Sensor mounted on the whip roller system and an internal speed memory. An alarm signal switches the weaving machine off in case of over tightened warp or any other error.
